As a Gami store manager, you will have strong foundations in leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Field and administrative tasks will continuously be managed effectively. Field tasks include handling waiting lists and bookings during busy periods/ Improving and problem solving unexpected situations under pressure/ Leading and maintaining customer service standards/ Improving team work-flow/ Improving customer attention awareness and maintain positive team rapport. Administrative tasks include weekly organization of roster/ Stock counting/ Ordering and organizing inventory, Communicating and attending management meetings/ and creating forms or spreadsheets to better guide or organize the flow of the restaurant.
